Easy ways to raise your vibrations…

There are many ways to think about wellness, but if you are the high vibes and low vibes type, here are a few simple ways to raise your vibrations so you can go about your day and kick some ass.

But first, ff you are not sure what vibrations are , vibrations are the frequency that your thoughts, emotions, feelings and energy creates. They can also be seen as a state of being that comes with certain characteristics and patterns. High vibrations are said to contribute to improving a person’s health, mind and soul. If you are high vibing, you may have higher levels of positive thoughts, feelings and emotions and if you are in low vibration, you may have quite a few negative thoughts, feelings or emotions. These state of vibrations are also said to possibly affect outcomes for humans in their endeavors. So if you are genuinely high vibing, you may have more frequent positive encounters, positive outcomes or results to your actions, wishes or desires.

We as humans will have a mixture of both at any given time. Circumstances in life are not all happiness, rainbows and butterflies. It is also not likely that someone will have a permanent state of high vibrations all the time. But nevertheless, engaging in these activities will help you lift your vibrations even if it’s just for a few moments. And isn’t that was life is about? Creating some moments of goodness?

Here are a few simple ways to raise your vibrations. Try some of these tips today!

  1. Connect with nature. Get some sun or put your bare feet on the ground/grass. See how that feels.

  2. Engage in movement, at the very least do some stretching. Moving can be energizing or relaxing.

  3. Practice gratitude and compassion. Give thanks for something today or practice kindness for yourself or others.

  4. Listen to your favorite energizing music. There’s nothing like singing along or dancing along to your favorite song.

  5. Nourish your body with good foods and good water. Do this at least once today. Have a glass of water. Eat a piece of fruit. Have a good sandwich with some veggies, protein and a good fat.

  6. Engage in loving touch such as giving a hug, holding hands or kissing a loved one. Oxytocin a feel good chemical is created through touch!

  7. Give a sincere compliment to someone or do an act of kindness. Sometimes it feels good to do something nice for someone else. Plus, it’s good karma.

  8. Wear your favorite outfit, perfume, or makeup look that makes you feel good about yourself. You don’t have to do it for anyone but you.

  9. Have a good laugh! Watch that sitcom or comedy special! Laugh until you snort.

  10. Create art. Be creative. You don’t have to be Da Vinci to reap the benefits of creation.

  11. Meditate. Be in the present moment. It lets you forget the past and lets you forget the future, even if only for a moment.

  12. Say some mother fucking affirmations to yourself! Make sure it’s something you like and can get behind.

  13. Taking some mindful, intentional , deep breaths.

  14. Think of the things that make you smile. What made you smile today? For me, it was watching my puppy play and discover a new ball for the first time. She was super cute and clumsy and her joy made me smile. What about you?

There are a shit ton more ways to raise your vibrations, but these are a few simple things that you can try today. There are plenty more things you can learn about and plenty more things that you can further explore when it comes to raising your vibrations and these are meant to be simple and quick to try. I am not trying to make things super difficult here and it shouldn’t be.Try some of these things out and then reflect on what it was like to try them. Write in journal and takes some notes on what you really enjoyed and would like to try again.
